I drew this Lugia a while back and made charms with it which I made into necklaces~

The charm is about 2.5 inches in size and only one side is printed on~ The necklaces should be big enough to lay comfortably around the neck, the rubber ones are closer to the collar bone while the ball chain lays at about the chest area~

Also sorry for the dust in the photos, I tried my best to keep it out
